…I love my Kawai!! I will enjoy it greatly. …every time I practice on the Kawai, I know I was right in retiring the “old” grand I had used for 40 years!! The music I prepare for performances sounds so much better!
Jeff was a wonderful help in showing me your many choices and steering me in the right direction.
So I have and will continue to recommend your business to all!"
Roberta Fischesser, Milan, IN November, 2015
"Greg Kottman from Piano Pros was excellent. He was prompt, courteous and extremely professional. He gave us an extraordinarily thorough appraisal which was very informative and will serve as important documentation for insurance purposes. Additionally he took extra time to educate us on the background and condition of our piano relative to new models and other used models. We found out some important and (pleasantly) surprising things.
I am happy to recommend Piano Pros wholeheartedly and without reservation.”
Krystene DiPaola, West Chester, OH October, 2015
“Having played piano for 47 years, I finally reached a time in my life where I could at least consider buying a “real” piano. For me, that always meant a Steinway.
Since moving to Cincinnati, every time I mentioned I would be looking for a piano, people mentioned Piano Pros, talking about their professionalism, the quality of instruments they sold, the care they took of their pianos and their customer.
Jeff and Greg were very helpful…making me realize how this was indeed the piano I needed and deserved at this time.
I honestly feel as though my life has changed since this piano has moved in with us!
I highly recommend Piano Pros to anyone who is serious about buying a piano. The service is wonderful and very personal.”
Marie-France Lefebvre, Associate Professor of Opera/Coaching, College-Conservatory of Music/University of Cincinnati July, 2015
“Greg and his team did an amazing job in helping me to select just the right piano, and in my case, pianos. I was very impressed with the time, devotion, and passion with which I was served. It is so very obvious that Greg enjoys making his customers feel good about their investment, all the while, educating them on all the ins and outs of everything piano.”
